The role involves managing a variety of legal tasks such as preparing pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and occasional trial work.

Duties:

• Prepare legal pleadings and documentation
• Handle discovery processes
• Engage in motion practice and settlement negotiations
• Represent clients in trials when necessary
• Manage cases related to collections and creditors' rights

Requirements:

• Eligibility for licensure in North Dakota
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Eligible for North Dakota State Bar licensure
