Job Overview

The candidate will engage in various real estate finance matters, such as loan originations, acquisitions, and dispositions, while also supporting broader commercial real estate activities.

Duties

  • Handle real estate finance transactions, including loan originations and acquisitions.
  • Support the broader real estate practice with diverse commercial real estate matters.
  • Draft and negotiate legal documents related to real estate finance.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal services.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the resident-office jurisdiction.
  • 4-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with standard real estate finance transactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and client service skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
