Location:

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel in estate planning, probate, and business formation matters

  • Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, business documents, and other related instruments

  • Represent clients in contested probate hearings and assist with appellate probate matters

  • Conduct client meetings to assess needs and provide expert legal recommendations

  • Perform legal research and remain current on evolving laws and regulations

  • Participate in business planning and tax-efficient entity formation for clients

  • Enhance firm visibility through participation in community forums and professional events

  • Collaborate with legal staff to meet firm objectives and client satisfaction goals

  • Support nonprofit-related initiatives focused on community impact

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and/or business formation

  • Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining a high standard of client service

  • Comfortable with public speaking and client-facing roles

  • Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced and time-sensitive situations

  • Interest in contributing to both legal outcomes and community initiatives

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
