• Engage in settlement negotiations with applicant attorneys

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in workers’ compensation defense

• Active membership with the California State Bar

• Knowledge of California workers' compensation law and procedures

• Proven ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing
