Duties

• Mitigate tax burdens for clients in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and business tax planning.
• Advise on nonprofit tax planning, business succession, wealth transfer, and charitable planning.
• Handle federal, state, and local taxation issues.
• Represent clients in tax controversies before IRS Administrative Appeals, U.S. Tax Court, and Federal District Courts.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of prior law firm experience, including tax law.
• Proven experience in handling complex tax matters.

Education

• Graduated with an LLM.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
