The ideal candidate will focus on commercial and corporate transactions, provide expert legal advice, and ensure compliance with corporate law regulations.

Job Description

Duties:

  • Handle commercial, corporate, and real estate matters.
  • Draft and negotiate documents related to general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial and residential real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on corporate governance, policies, procedures, finances, intellectual property, operations, and regulatory issues.
  • Guide clients towards best practices in corporate law regulation compliance.
  • Analyze legal risks and rights of various company structures and recommend corporation, joint venture, limited partnership, and limited liability company options.

Requirements:

  • License to practice law in Florida by the Florida Bar Association.
  • Must have a portable book of business.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar Association.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Ability to provide strategic legal advice on complex corporate matters.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
