Job Overview

On behalf of a well-established and professional family law practice in Tucson, Arizona, a search is underway for an Associate or Senior Associate Attorney. This position offers the opportunity to manage family law cases from start to finish while working closely with clients to provide compassionate, informed, and effective legal support. The ideal candidate will be experienced, proactive, and capable of handling a dynamic caseload with minimal supervision.

Duties

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and legal negotiations

  • Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, contracts, motions, and briefs

Requirements

  • Experience practicing family law preferred

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona

  • In good standing with the Arizona State Bar
