Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level Real Estate Investment and Finance Associate to join its office in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of complex commercial real estate experience and be admitted to the North Carolina State Bar or eligible for submission on waiver.

  • Duties
  • Handle real estate debt and equity transactions.
  • Draft transactional documents, including equity operating documents, loan documents, and purchase and sale agreements.
  • Conduct transactional due diligence review, including title and survey matters.
  • Manage all aspects of transactional closings.
  • Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial real estate.
  • Admitted to the North Carolina State Bar or eligible for submission on waiver.
  • Experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm.
  • Education
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Certifications
  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
