Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Labor & Employment Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their practice group in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive employment counseling and handle complex litigation matters.

Duties

• Provide employment counseling and compliance guidance.
• Handle employment litigation, including single-plaintiff, complex, and class action cases.
• Conduct internal investigations and deliver objective findings.
• Advise on high-risk employment matters, including terminations and accommodations.
• Support clients with labor issues and workforce management strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of labor & employment experience in counseling and litigation.
• Strong background in employment law compliance.
• Experience with internal investigations and traditional labor matters.
• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership.
