The ideal candidate will handle personal injury cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and more. Duties

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal cases to develop strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Litigate cases before State and Federal courts and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective solutions.
• Stay updated with current developments in relevant areas of law.
• Provide legal guidance and support to clients and claim professionals.
• Manage multiple cases, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements

• Experience in personal injury law.
• Strong writing and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, including Westlaw.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
