Duties

• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and assist in trial preparation.
• Manage client medical treatment and expenses within guidelines.
• Authorize client disbursements and guide paralegals.
• Attend mediations and advocate for clients' best interests.
• Review quantum, medical records, and client history in detail.
• Stay informed on Louisiana law and firm processes.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to Louisiana courts.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Louisiana.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership qualities and ability to mentor staff.
• Strong time and case management skills.
• Sharp legal analysis and sound judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
