This role requires experience representing equity sponsors, financing parties, and other private sector participants in the PPP space.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients in the infrastructure sector.
• Manage infrastructure-focused projects, including PPP and project financing.
• Represent equity sponsors and financing parties in transactions.

Requirements

• 6 to 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of Texas is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar membership in Texas.
