Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Location:

• Lakewood, Colorado

Duties:

• Lead high-value personal injury cases through the litigation process from intake to resolution

• Prepare for and attend mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery

• Argue motions and represent clients in court proceedings

• Mentor junior attorneys and staff; help train the litigation team

• Collaborate with the leadership team to build and improve litigation systems and workflow

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant personal injury statutes and procedures

• Ensure top-tier client communication and legal service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing personal injury litigation, including trials and mediations

• Experience leading or mentoring a legal team preferred

• Proven ability to manage a litigation caseload independently

• Strong strategic thinking and organizational abilities

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado

• Active and in good standing with the Colorado State Bar

Skills:
