Duties

  • Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations

Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in Wisconsin

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in personal injury or similar plaintiff/defense litigation

  • Prior courtroom and trial exposure preferred

  • Strong commitment to client service and ethical legal practice

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

  • Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar (required)
