Leverage Finance Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Leverage Finance Associate for its Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraged finance, debt capital markets, private credit, fund finance, and/or structured finance, working primarily with lead arrangers, direct lenders, and other financial entities.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Draft and review complex financial documents and agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in leverage finance.
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar Admission.
