Corporate Legal Associate Attorney

Singapore office of our client seeks a corporate legal associate attorney with 3 years of PQE with experience in corporate work covering capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate finance work, and general corporate work such as drafting/review of agreements (sale and purchase agreements, subscription agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders' agreements). Must be highly motivated and driven, resourceful and meticulous. As we undertake work relating to Greater China; strong Chinese language ability will be considered favourably.
