Duties

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with construction disputes and contracts preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Knowledge of the construction industry.
• Experience with mechanics' liens and construction documents.
