Latham office of our client seeks senior attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will focus on three areas: comprehensive estate planning in all its facets, including elder law and the administration of estates and trusts; business transactions, especially the sale or purchase of family-owned businesses; and tax consulting of all kinds. Will review and manage engagements and work with paralegals and attorneys to complete client matters and provide quality services.
