Duties

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in insurance regulatory matters.
• Experience with New York and New Jersey state regulators.
• Deep knowledge of state law relevant to insurance and healthcare.
• Exceptional creativity and reasoning abilities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.

Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing of both the New York and New Jersey state bars.
