Private Client (Wills/Probate) Solicitor

London office of our client seeks private client (wills/probate) solicitor with 3+ years of pqe. The candidate will be managing a designated portfolio of clients and matters to achieve targeted fees. Will be providing a fully comprehensive client service in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Delivering an exceptional quality of service to clients. Managing outstanding invoices and debtors collection in an efficient and timely way. Assisting in the business development activities of the firm. Must have specialising in tax, trust, inheritance and capital gains tax and offshore assets. Must be competent user of Microsoft Office software and accounting software programmes. Must preferably have knowledge of Proclaim.

The candidate should have ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels. Must be calm and confident manner to handle potentially challenging matters. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Must have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
