Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients in collaboration with senior colleagues.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and settlement discussions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
  • Manage litigation files and case documentation.
  • Prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, and other necessary filings.
  • Conduct depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Supervise paralegals and support staff.
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

  • Litigation experience.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage litigation cases from start to finish.
  • Experience conducting depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Arizona.

Skills:

  • Legal research and writing.
  • Case management and client relationship building.
  • Negotiation and settlement experience.
  • Trial preparation and courtroom experience.
  • Supervisory skills for managing paralegals and support staff.
