Location

Duties

• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses

• Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and corporate representatives

• Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

• Provide legal counsel and case updates to clients

• Negotiate settlements and participate in dispute resolution

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation

• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal documentation

• Ability to manage a caseload with attention to detail and deadlines

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York

• In good standing with the New York State Bar
