Scottsdale office of our client seeks personal injury litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will handle all litigation aspects of a personal injury case that is not settled in pre-litigation. Must be a licensed Arizona attorney in good standing with the Arizona State Bar. Must have in-depth knowledge of Arizona court rules and procedures. Should be extremely proficient in drafting pleadings and motions, and propounding discovery. Must be extremely proficient and well versed in preparing for and conducting depositions, court hearings, ADR, settlement conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Should have substantial experience with negotiations.
The candidate should have excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must have strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment. Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and timely meet strict deadlines essential. Must have effective planning and execution ability. Must have ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
