Duties

  • Defend clients in employment-related claims.

  • Prepare discovery requests and handle depositions.
  • Represent clients in court and arbitration.
  • Communicate with legal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Current California bar admission, in good standing.
  • Significant employment litigation experience.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of state and federal procedures.
  • Comfortable with court appearances and depositions.

Education

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • California bar admission, in good standing.
