A growing civil litigation firm in Lawrenceville, Georgia is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team. This full-time role is ideal for a newly licensed attorney or recent law school graduate with up to two years of experience who is passionate about litigation, client advocacy, and professional development. Duties

  • Manage cases from intake to resolution, including trial preparation

  • Communicate with clients throughout the lifecycle of their cases

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters

  • Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and represent clients in Magistrate Court

  • Negotiate with insurance companies and medical providers for settlements

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and provide case updates and finalized documents

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of litigation experience (newly licensed attorneys encouraged to apply)

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong client communication and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to appear in court and participate in litigation proceedings

  • Must reside or be willing to relocate within close proximity to Lawrenceville, GA

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
