Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation cases from start to finish, including research, drafting, motions, and trial preparation.

• Represent clients in state and federal courts, including hearings and trials.
• Manage relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and high-quality legal advice.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of commercial litigation experience.

• Proven ability to manage litigation files from start to finish.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be licensed to practice law in New York State.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
