Duties

  • Manage structured securities offerings for investment funds.
  • Represent clients in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Handle transactions involving acquisitions, restructurings, and complex financings.
  • Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and business professionals effectively.
  • Produce timely and accurate work products.
  • Maintain positive work relationships and comply with firm policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
  • Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
  • AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Education

  • JD Degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in the state of Delaware.

Skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Good business judgment.
