Duties

  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and closing documents.
  • Conduct title, survey, and other due diligence reviews.

  • Facilitate commercial lease transactions.
  • Advise on zoning, land use, and condominium matters.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Minimum of four years' experience in real estate or related transactional law.

  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
