Duties:

• Work on complex M&A transactions, providing expert legal counsel on corporate matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents related to estate planning and corporate transactions.
• Participate in strategy development for estate planning and corporate growth initiatives.
• Contribute to maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations governing estate law and corporate governance.
• Provide legal advice on tax implications and financial structures for estate planning and corporate transactions.
• Engage with clients directly to understand their goals and deliver legal solutions.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong understanding of business law, estate law, and tax law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin, or eligibility to become licensed.

Skills:

• Expertise in estate planning and corporate transactions.
