Job Overview

A law firm seeks a 2nd-4th year Associate to join its Litigation Practice Group in Wilmington, DE. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to high-profile cases and gaining valuable experience in corporate litigation.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in Delaware Court of Chancery and other DE courts.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.
• Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions.

Requirements

• Current member in good standing of the Delaware Bar.
• Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
• Significant corporate litigation experience in Delaware courts.
• Strong writing and research skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Delaware Bar.
