  • Engage with the California Office of Administrative Hearings, California Department of Education, and Federal Office for Civil Rights.

Requirements

  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills

  • Expertise in special education and disability law.
  • Familiarity with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
