Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in civil litigation matters

• Conduct discovery and take/defend depositions

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

• Participate in court hearings and trials when needed

• Collaborate with legal staff and senior attorneys on case strategy

• Maintain client communication and manage assigned caseload

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of all legal documents

Requirements

• Experience in civil litigation preferred

• Ability to handle depositions and trial proceedings independently or under guidance

• Strong organizational and case management skills

• Commitment to representing plaintiffs with integrity and diligence

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York (required)
