Duties

• Research complex legal matters and provide sound advice.
• Author high-quality written materials to support client needs.
• Represent clients in various forums, including court appearances.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff both in-office and virtually.
• Mentor and support the training of other attorneys.
• Assign support work to associates, paralegals, and legal assistants.
• Present educational materials on latest developments in expertise.
• Accurately account for time spent supporting clients and the firm.
• Operate with autonomy and treat others with respect.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Hampshire or Maine Bar, maintaining good standing.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to provide written research results.
• Ability to provide advice on complex litigation topics.
• Demonstrated mastery of legal skills.

Education
