Location

Duties

• Attend Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) with clients

• Conduct recorded client statements via phone

• Draft and electronically file litigation documents using Florida’s E-Portal system

• Schedule and coordinate mediations, depositions, and court hearings

• Manage discovery processes and respond to motions

• Maintain ongoing, empathetic communication with clients

• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal support staff to handle a growing caseload effectively

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida (in good standing)

• At least 1 year of experience in personal injury law (preferred)

• Litigation experience strongly preferred

• Proficiency with Florida’s E-Portal system, including e-filing, drafting motions, and responding to discovery

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously

• Commitment to client service and high standards of professionalism

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar
