The role involves writing coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage disputes across various cases, including CGL, advertising injury, D&O, professional liability, workers' compensation, and first-party property cases.

Duties

• Write comprehensive coverage opinions.
• Litigate diverse insurance coverage disputes.
• Engage directly with clients and argue motions.
• Conduct depositions and participate in trials.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of coverage experience.
• Active California Bar license.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and speaking skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Education
