Duties

• Represent clients in probate, administration, and trust matters.
• Engage in all phases of trust and estate administration, including estate tax return preparation.
• Provide litigation support and manage fiduciary accountings.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and accountants.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in probate administration and trust/estate tax planning.
• Strong knowledge of Surrogate's Court rules and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

• J.D. degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in NY.
