Duties

• Defend clients in general and professional liability matters.
• Investigate claims, analyze liability and damages, and develop case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Prepare discovery requests and participate in depositions.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Communicate regularly with legal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Current California bar admission, in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in liability litigation.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self-starter capable of multitasking.
• Familiarity with state and federal procedures.
• Comfortable with court appearances and depositions.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• California bar admission, in good standing.
