Duties

• Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning and wealth transfer strategies
• Draft and review complex wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents
• Handle trust and estate administration matters, including probate proceedings
• Provide guidance on tax-efficient planning for high-net-worth individuals and families
• Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
• Review and interpret estate, trust, and tax laws affecting client planning
• Supervise or mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed

Requirements

• 20 years of experience in trusts and estates law
• Extensive background in estate planning and trust administration
• Strong knowledge of federal and state estate, gift, and income tax issues
• Proven ability to manage complex client matters independently
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Strong client-facing and advisory abilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active state bar license in good standing
