A law firm seeks a highly qualified Private Credit Associate to join its Private Credit Department in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in private credit and finance matters, contributing to a dynamic legal team.

Duties

• Advise on private credit and finance matters.
• Handle a variety of financing transactions, including cash flow deals and acquisitions.
• Participate in leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations.
• Engage in asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in private credit/finance at a recognized law firm.
• Demonstrated lending experience; borrower-side exposure preferred.
• General experience with diverse financing transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
