Duties

• Provide legal advice on employment contracts and hiring practices.
• Represent clients in collective bargaining and contract grievances.
• Handle cases involving discrimination, retaliation, and misconduct.
• Advise on layoffs, discipline, and dismissals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in employment law, preferably in public agency law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
