Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties

• Manage all stages of litigation, from case intake through trial and appeal.

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and pleadings.

• Take and defend depositions, attend court appearances, and handle hearings.

• Develop case strategies and manage calendared deadlines.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements

• Admission and good standing with the California Bar.

• 3–10 years of civil litigation experience, ideally in construction, insurance coverage, or business litigation.

• Demonstrated trial experience and proficiency in law & motion practice.

• Strong initiative, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
