Duties

• Manage all phases of construction litigation independently.
• Lead depositions of plaintiffs and expert witnesses.
• Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings.
• Prepare and argue motions effectively.
• Travel to northern California offices as needed.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of construction defect litigation experience on the defense side.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Second chair trial experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
