Duties

• Manage cases including written discovery and depositions.

Requirements

• Experience in plaintiff-side asbestos litigation preferred.
• Background in personal injury, medical malpractice, or product liability is desirable.
• Valid J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution.
• Admission to the California Bar.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Capable of working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
