Duties

Requirements

  • Over ten years of litigation experience.
  • Proven track record in first-chair trials.
  • Experience in probate/fiduciary litigation preferred.
  • Possess a small book of business.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the relevant state.

Skills

  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills.
