Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Associate in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will join a dynamic Intellectual Property Litigation practice, bringing expertise from a judicial clerkship and prior law firm experience. Duties

• Engage in intellectual property and patent litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
• Advocate effectively in court and other legal settings.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience as a judicial clerk, preferably in a federal court.
• Two to six years of prior law firm experience in relevant fields.
• Membership to the State Bar of the office location is required.

Education

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent preferred.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility to practice in California.
