Duties

  • Engage in patent litigation and patent-adjacent legal matters.

  • Collaborate with a team on antitrust, trade secret, and commercial disputes.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of life sciences patent litigation experience.
  • Background in biological or chemical science required.
  • Experience or interest in patent office/PTAB proceedings.
  • Global/European patent exposure is a plus.
  • Federal clerkship experience is desirable.
  • Large law firm experience preferred.
  • Industry or regulatory experience in biopharma is welcome.
  • Strong academic background required.

  • Advanced degree in biological or chemical science preferred.
