Duties:

• Case Management:

  • Handle complex civil litigation and general liability cases throughout Washington.
  • Independently manage document-intensive cases and oversee case progression.
  • Structure and execute discovery plans, including taking and defending depositions.
  • Draft and file dispositive motions and other necessary legal documents.
  • Prepare for trial, ensuring all case-related matters are handled efficiently.

• Client Representation:

  • Advocate for clients by developing creative legal solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide case updates and strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure comprehensive case preparation and client service.

• Legal Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
  • Provide well-reasoned legal opinions and recommendations to clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in complex civil litigation or general liability matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
