Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney

Yorba Linda office of our client seeks a workers' compensation defense attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will be handling claims effectively and aggressively from inception to trial. Should also have experience taking depositions of applicants and physicians. Must be self-motivated, have computer skills, excellent writing and communications skills, and be capable of independently managing their own caseload.
