• 3-6 years of experience in intellectual property transactions.
• Strong interest in intellectual property and commercial transactions.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Preference for candidates based in Seattle.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
