Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Labor and Employment Associate for its San Francisco office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries nationwide.

Duties

• Represent employers in class and individual cases regarding wage and hour compliance.
• Handle employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation matters.
• Advise on leaves of absence, employee accommodations, and personnel policies.
• Draft and review employment agreements and related documents.

Requirements

• Experience in labor and employment law, including litigation and compliance.
• Strong academic performance in law school.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and initiative to take ownership of work.
• Good standing with the CA State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
